Penthouse with breathtaking views

The intention behind the new design concept in the beautiful penthouse apartment in Hötting was to optimize the already existing potential of the space and create an inviting and cozy ambiance. The clients were satisfied with their apartment, but they felt that they could get even more out of the space by bringing in new furniture and decorations. An important requirement was to use the natural light optimally, as the apartment had glass fronts and a breathtaking view everywhere. The design had to be adapted so that light flowed into every room and created a bright and inviting environment.

Another important goal was to create a cozy home office space in the completely redesigned study. A closet and a desk were installed to create a functional and inviting work environment. The living and dining rooms were also optimized by adding new artwork and decorations to maximize the clients' comfort. The new design is thus a combination of functional and aesthetic aspects that maximize the potential of the space and create an inviting and cozy atmosphere.
